The Cathedral Cave, approximately 45 minutes by foot
away from Hahei (at the East coast of the Coromandel Peninsula), allows during ebb access
to a true dream beach. During flood, the passageway is obstructed through the open grotto. With sunshine,
crystal clear water invites to swim and snorkels. |

The Antarctic Center in Chch offers the visitor an
insight into the fascinating world of the eternal ice. There is the possibility to cast a glance into
the equipment chamber of the US-Antarctica-Expeditions among others, with a snowmobile, as it is put
into the Antarctica to drive over a terrain test route as well as to swim. For the Center you should
plan between a half and a whole day. |
